Learn to Skate Forms

Important Deadlines

All Registrations, Progression/Changes and Add classes, should be done before the 7th of the month. 

If registering after the 7th of the month start classes the following month.

For example, if looking to start attending class in March, register no later than March 7.  If registered AFTER March 7, you would begin class in April.

Click the GREEN form above; 

  • When your skater progresses to a NEW level. 
  • When you need to CHANGE your class to a different time or day of the week. 

Deadline: The 7th of the month, any forms submitted after the 7th will roll into the following month. 

Before submitting a class change/progression, please check out our Learn to Skate Schedule to find all classes that are running. Classes NOT running are noted above the LTS schedule.


Click the BLUE form above; 

  • When you need to ADD a class to your skaters current enrollment. 

Deadline7th of the month, any forms submitted after the 7th will roll into the following month.

Click the PURPLE form above; 

  • When your skaters needs to make-up a missed class. 
    • Skaters are allowed 1 make-up per class per month.
    • Make-ups do NOT roll over into the following month. 
    • Intro to Skating classes are not permitted makeups as this class runs 3 days a week. 

Your skater is allowed to attend the make-up requested, unless you get an email from our Learn to Skate Specialist. 

Deadline:  Fill out this form as soon as you know, your skater will be missing a class.

Click the RED form above; 

  • When you need to cancel our of a class, or all classes. 

Please ensure you check the commitment terms to ensure you qualify to cancel.

Deadline: All cancellations must be submitted by the 19th of the month to take effect for the following.

CANCELLATION Policy

Class cancellations are permitted only with a WRITTEN NOTICE by filling out the CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM ONLINE.  Filling out the CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM ONLINE is the only acceptable way to cancel. Phone calls, telling a coach, or sending an email is not acceptable. CANCELLATION NOTICES must be received by the 19th of the month to not be billed for the following month. Any Cancellation Notice received after the 19th will then be processed for the end of the following month. You are responsible for all fees due until your child is dropped. You are authorizing RecPlex to charge the credit card on file in the event that your account is not paid in full at the time of the drop.

Example: A Cancellation received by October 19th to not be billed for November can still attend classes until October 31st. If you submit a Cancellation Notice after October 19th, you will still be billed for November, regardless of attendance. 

Please note: If the student temporarily drops from a class, his/her spot in that class will not be guaranteed at the time of re-enrollment; dropping relinquishes your spot in that class (subject to change upon the decision of Management)
