Refund request by Participant

• Requests made 4 or more days before program start date receives a full refund, less a 10% processing fee with a cap of $10.
• Request made less than 4 days before program start date will receive a full refund, less 50% processing fee.
• Request made after program start date will only be refunded a pro-rated portion of the fee for medical, relocation or military reasons, less a 10% processing fee with a cap of $10.
  • Proof of medical, moving or military leave may be required in order to receive a refund.
